Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one email box account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponders and protect your email accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Simply select the email mailbox you wish to redirect mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest.
